I've suffered with anxiety for most of my adult life. Josie has provided me with tools and techniques to help face those moments where I might not feel comfortable or safe in a situation. Over the 6-8 weeks, I've experienced a real transformation: life feels much happier, my outlook feels positive and worries feel much lighter.
